Knight Frank engaged CAPE to plan and deliver their flagship Iberia 2026 conference — a three-day European leadership event for 240 office leaders and business owners, hosted at the Epic Sana Lisboa in Portugal.
With a £450k budget and a brief that covered everything from venue management and AV production to delegate registration and off-site dinners, CAPE took complete ownership of delivery — acting as a seamless extension of the Knight Frank team throughout.

One-day AI summit for enterprise partners and technology leaders — fully managed by CAPE at Art·Box Experience, Warsaw.
BytePlus engaged CAPE to deliver their Warsaw conference on 26 March 2026. Hosted at Art·Box Experience — 780m² with 56 Barco laser projectors and 50 Bose surround speakers — the event brought together enterprise partners and technology leaders under the theme "Where Intelligence Meets Impact."
CAPE took full ownership across a 10-week planning window, managing every operational detail from venue and AV to speaker logistics and on-the-day execution.

EE Disability FA Cup 2026

Seven disability football experience zones planned and delivered by CAPE on behalf of TMG and The FA, celebrating 10 years of disability football.
CAPE was engaged by The Media Group (TMG) to plan and operationally lead the Experience Area at the EE Disability FA Cup 2026 — The FA's flagship disability football competition sponsored by EE.
Kerry Sainsbury from CAPE served as on-site operational lead, coordinating seven specialist activity zones, seven disability football coaches, five RAF volunteers, and multiple suppliers across a full day of live delivery.
